I gave the Company additional jobs, as he had promised he could do it.. The builders caused more damage. I had to pay to undo the badly done jobs, as it was causing damp to rise from the cement they poured in the kitchen , having done a terrible jobs of the plumping works. The builders also left my house in a mess, with condoms, vomit, dirty under wears... and much items were damped at my propperty from another building site and home. Ivan than dissapeared to Prague, Czech...and so did his builders Was not able to get refund from him or his bank. Broadlight Theft Broadlight Abuse. Broadlight Damage. My utility bills was run over £1200, while carrying the works.. I lost at least £15,000 incl undoing the bad jobs n doing it again, plus utility bills.. The only thing done well was knocking down the partion wall in kitchen, which was a demolish job, labour only. This company is a liability...

A great experience. Work was completed quickly and to a good standard with an unexpected extra (sorting out the electrics for a light in the crawl space). Most tidy builders I have ever employed. Quick responses and good communication. I'd happily use Prime Contractors again

Good quality tradesmen and materials used on all parts of the project. Some of his ideas actually made the solutions work better. The job did take quite a bit longer than originally planned - due to the workmen moving on to other tasks - but I guess that happens with businesses this size. Impressed by Luca's honesty and saying it how it is.

Did an absolutely wonderful job, my stairs were covered in thick cream gloss that was 30yrs old and i thought unsavable! They are now beautifully sanded, and a perfect gleaming white. Done for a great price, provided receipts, was clean and tidy, and clearly very talented at his craft. This is actually the second time ive used P&WD, he also did a great job at repainting my kitchen. Would highly recommend!

I found Ali to be hard working, reliable, and reasonably priced. He got the job done despite it being challenging due to tight space and short hose pipes. He was able to work around unexpected obstacles such as shorter hose pipe. We did have a small issue afterwards, however, he came back promptly and rectified without charging extra. Given the good experience we had with him, we have already bought him back for a 2nd job as well as planning to hire him for yet another.
