I used Safe Electrics for a number of different domestic electrical tasks in the kitchen, bathroom and the consumer unit. I found John to have strong technical and product knowledge, as such, he is able to clearly explain what needs to be done, how it is to be done & advise on the suitable electrical parts/fittings that are required. Paul at AM2PM Electrical Solutions was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He upgraded our fusebox and was incredibly meticulous about doing everything properly and neatly. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right, taking the time to investigate and properly understand the existing system rather than rushing through it. Communication was also surprisingly excellent… especially for an electrician! Always kept us updated and explained everything clearly. Everything was fully certified and documented properly too, which gave real peace of mind. He’s also extremely friendly so not at all uncomfortable having him work in the house. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely professional electrician.

We needed a full plaster to brick of our living room walls. As we are likely to live in this house for a long time, it was essential that we should find someone who could provide a quality service, and Darren exceeded our expectations. We chose Darren because of his professionalism, attention to detail and full explanation of the job. Not only is he polite and a good communicator, but his plastering is immaculate. He also leaves the place nice and tidy at the end of the day. His pricing is also very reasonable. We have hired Darren again for our dining room!

I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

I would highly recommend hiring AT Building Services, Adrian was brilliant with communication and was very accommodating of our need for a quick turnaround. He repaved our patio, laid some artificial grass and also a shingle bed. The whole job was done to a very high standard and looks great. Adrian and his team were very friendly, highly skilled and professional and they went above and beyond what we expected from them. His quote was very reasonable and we would definitely contact him again for any future work as well as recommending him to our friends.

The task was to secure a swing set on newly installed, expensive artificial grass. Connor assured me he had extensive experience with similar projects, which gave me confidence in his abilities. Upon arrival, he attempted the installation, but in doing so, cut the turf in multiple places and dug deep holes, causing significant damage. He then informed us that the soil was unsuitable and suggested using smaller anchors instead. Following his advice, we ordered the recommended anchors and arranged for his return in a few days to complete the installation. After the new anchors were delivered, I notified Connor, but he never showed up. I followed up but he ignored my texts/calls as a result, we were left with damaged turf requiring costly repairs, an unusable swing set, and a disappointed child. We had to hire another handyman to finish the job, incurring additional costs (totalling more than the cost of the swing set) Due to Connor's unprofessionalism, I cannot recommend his services.
