Prices not the most accountable or transparent. 1 hours work £723.60 to clear simple drain. It was done well, but I was expecting around £250-400 tops for this so was a bit shocked with the final cost. When I questioned the cost resultant conversation became loud and affected running of my business to the point we had to give discounts in apology to current customers. Note; prices quoted are by half hour, include VAT and do not include additional including waste removal or surveys. 2 people arrive so double any quote given from the outset. Easy to feel overcharged, especially when surveys come back negative, cost £00s and are done in minutes- or quoted cost "includes all manual means of clearance" but then have to pay extra for clearance of waste.

Alin and his company has done long term work for us for the last 5 years. We are developers and they have done high spec work for us in South Ken and Chelsea, working on high end flats. They have done all sorts of jobs for us - stripping down to bare carcass, electrics, plumbing, fitting, decorating - the whole project, from start to finish. We choose Alin and his team because they are professional and have a very can-do attitude. The biggest reason we get them back is because they are solution finders and are multi skilled. They also buy all the materials and are extremely trustworthy.

Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.

Altin was so reliable and precise on all of his work and was always able to answer any questions we had. MDBS were fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful, experienced and competitive. Works included a full rewire of a 2 bed flat with extensive lighting, kitchen and circuit update. From Hannah and Michael in the office to Igor and team on site, all were friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Mr Rifat did an excellent job for plastering rooms and i would recommend him to everyone highly. The work he has done is to a very high standard and completed in 3 days. His quote was very helpful and comprehensive and he was helpful and very kind and calm. He did not take a break from doing the work, even though i told him to take a seat for 5-10 minutes. He is a very hardworking person. I think anyone to catch him to do a job for themselves is very lucky. I recommend him to everyone because he knows how to do good job.

Installed a Quooker Instant Water Tap Very diligent. Contacted the supplier several times to ensure that any queries were clarified before continuing with the installation. Wanted to make sure it was done to specifications and met standards so that the work would last for a long time; refused to take any shortcuts. Arrian is a top bloke. it was a joy for my nan to have someone with his attitude & work ethic make her garden great again. she was a florist for her whole life and her garden is her prized possession. proper shape of up of her hydrangeas & re weaving the vines along the hatch fence. he was more than happy to take direction from nan in trimming the rose bush to her image. thorough mowing of the lawn including trim of rogue blades round the patio. watered the lot & jet washed the patio to top it off. he weren't shy to sit and have a tea n a chat with her. building relationships with your clients is something up and coming gardners often overlook. TLDR; if u want a really, REALLY nice looking garden, Arrian is your bloke. he made my nan jump for joy & shes 92! how he got her to jump i'll never know, so clearly got a sprinkle of magic up his sleeve too.

Lucas was a very good communicator. He explained things well and was patient in the extreme. He built new entrance doors to a block of flats for us and the results were excellent. Beautifully done and beautifully finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Lucas and using him again.
