I hired Jason from EJSR company. He agreed a fixed fee of £80 to install a new extractor fan with me paying for the part separate which I was happy with. 10 mins before the job he send out someone else even though he agreed he would come himself. The guy he send out was not a qualified electrician he could not even find the isolation switch something which is basic and then left the property as the job was too complicated for him. Jason then message me back saying he can’t do the job, as he quoted for a replacement for the extractor fan not an installation therefore would require more money. This makes no sense as he give me a price over the phone for the installation and said I would need to cover parts which I was happy with. Not to mention his guy came 30 mins before the time we agreed when I had a tenant in the property working from home and made him aware of this. Jason Williams will say he is qualified and make out how amazing his work is over the phone but the truth is he did not even come down himself in person and his guy could not replace a simple extractor fan. Bad service like to rip people off. Make sure you get everything in writing and see their qualifications as they lie thought their teeth. Waste of time !

I asked Connor to install a charger for my new vehicle. Rather than just doing exactly what I asked him to do, he offered a much better solution. He was very happy to do as I had initially asked, and could have completed the job quickly and been away… instead he’s opted to do the job correctly, creating a delay for himself, but ensuring that the job is completed correctly and far more aesthetically pleasing. It’s really good to meet tradesmen that are so customer/solution focused.

Nigel made this an easy undertaking. Nigel was neither the cheapest or most expensive but made the effort to come round to my house and price up with job with a meaningful and realistic price and timeframe. He was flexible to fit in the job around my schedule and was fast at responding to queries which was appreciated. When doing the job, he turned up on time and talked through the tasks he had planned to do that day. Once started, he has happy to get on with the job as agreed and required little attention which was useful when working from home. The job was completed on time and on budget and to a standard I was hoping for. Would happily recommend Nigel for any painting work.
