Tiling- 4 Dec 2021
I had a tiling job in the kitchen that another tiler did not finish (a year ago!) and found Kudrut here on My Builder. He answered quickly and came over and gave a fair quote the same day. He was able to fit me in quickly and delivered excellent service, from quote to completion. Kudrut is a very friendly, professional, hardworking, honest and reliable man. His work is of the highest quality and he pays fantastic attention to detail. A- Grade workmanship, amazingly efficient and very tidy! I could not be happier with the beautiful result and have recommended him to friends already and will definitely use him again! Thank you Kudrut!

Architecture- 12 Sep 2018
Svetlana runs a scam operation. She came and took measurements, along with a £340 deposit. Her plans were then wrong, with items such as drains missing and walls the wrong size. She then became slow with communication and inpatient with further requests for edits and changes that would be considered normal. This then manifested in her accusing us of missing these items off the plans and causing all the delays and back and forth. It is her job to visually inspect the site and take correct measurements, and produce accurate plans, not mine. A very slow, rude and under-skilled architect and businesswomen.

Tiling- 8 Apr 2021
very unprofessional. We have met and discussed everything but then he turned up at the job and said this is not what we discussed and he wants more money. When I asked how much, he just left. He said he is not happy because I have delayed this job 2 times. and yes I have delayed the job twice but every time I apologized and informed him. First time was because of delay in plastering, second time was because of the building inspection. They are all out of my control and I have sincerely apologised. Also, if you are not happy with it, why don’t you say so and just turn down the job ??? but he came and then left like a joke. Now we don’t have a tiler !!! It’s so unprofessional!!!!

I was hopeful here, he seemed like an alright guy. How wrong I was! Was brought in for a few bits and to level a stepped wall. Net result, wall was still seriously stepped and I had to repair it myself and he was supposed to come back in to finish the bits but as soon as money changed hands he just nicked off and never came back. Absolute waste of time and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Do not give this guy any money. Poor quality, incomplete job and dishonest.
