This is not required for one off cleaning ,end of tenancy or move in cleans, but we may ask for photos to give a fair quote. We also do carpet cleaning and charge a set price per room size. We ask for a deposit of 20% non refundable deposit on all jobs over £100. This can be paid via bank transfer. Payments can be made with either cash or bank transfer at the end of each job completed. I am qualified in Groundworks and civil engineer, I have 7 years experience in all aspects of Groundworks up to damp-proof.
