Adam was great. He was courteous, conscientious and very professional. We initially had a phone call with him to talk through the details, and we sent some photos to further clarify the job. Already he seemed to be taking things very seriously and asking lots of questions, wanting to get the full picture. He agreed to do the job the next day (which was a lifesaver for us!), and he arrived several minutes early(!). Adam examined the existing pipe work, the radiator, valves, our boiler thoroughly and discussed different possible ways of tackling the job. We agreed with him, and he went away to pick up the appropriate materials (included in his quote). Once he got in to the job, it proved to be trickier than anyone foresaw. However, Adam always checked any alterations to his original plan with us before proceeding. Throughout the job he was highly professional and knowledgeable and a nice guy too! I would recommend Adam for any plumbing-type job, especially radiators!

My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!

We had a requirement to address a number of issues that were brought up by an electrical safety report in a two bedroom flat, which we had up for sale. Muhammad arranged a visit to view the work required in order to give us a quote, and within a few hours he had called back with an extremely competitive quote to cover everything that was needed. We accepted his quote and he began the work in the next couple of days. He took several hours to carry out the work that was agreed, but stuck rigidly to the amount of his quotation. As well as completing existing requirements he meticulously carried out a new electrical safety report at the same time, and by the time the work was complete I had a sense that he had matched the existing issues against the tests for the new safety report in a clear and unambiguous manner. Muhammad was extremely polite and gentle to deal with but fully professional and knowledgeable, and patient, when explaining any items to me. He quoted a very good price for the job and carefully stuck to that quote. He arrived on the day agreed in a very timely fashion and then took care of all that needed to be addressed. All the items worked perfectly afterwards and his new certificate issued, which enabled us to complete the sale of the flat. I would certainly hire Muhammad again for another electrical job, if he had availability.

Sunny swiftly changed my faulty light switches and light bulbs and advised on general electric state in my new home, very pleasant to work with and even helped me with my boiler and radiators! I recently had the carpets in my one bedroom Victorian flat replaced with laminate flooring in the living room and on the stairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sajad completed the entire project in just three days and did an excellent job. It’s an old property with lots of tricky cuts and uneven dimensions, but he handled everything with precision and even trimmed down the doors to make sure the finish was perfect. The flooring looks amazing and has completely transformed the space. The only slightly time-consuming part was figuring out the right amount of materials to order, but Sajad was always quick to respond, sent me dimensions and gave me advice on where to buy from. He even offered to help me return the leftover materials for a refund. Overall, I would highly recommend him – he offers very reasonable prices, works efficiently, and delivers on time.

I’m very happy with the work carried out by James. He completely redecorated a hallway that hadn’t been painted in over 20 years. His attention to detail is second to none. He was also able to perfectly match and repair a section of damaged coving using filler, and the finished result is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone thinking of having any decorating work done. We already have plans for him to carry out more work for us again in the not-too-distant future. Mr Khawar did a great job regrouting my 2 showers. He was meticulous and neat with his work. He is very professional and polite. Also reasonably priced so another big plus. He is a bathroom specialist so planning to hire him again soon to redo my bathrooms.
