Before I gave Tom the job, the quote on Mybuilder was £50-£100. This was before he saw the job. When he did the job he still didn't provide a quote after seeing the job. I assumed that the price would fall somewhere between £50-£100 as I have these types of jobs done regularly. However I received an invoice for £105 which was a big shock to me. I had a conversation with Tom to say it was excessive and he said he would knock £5 off! At no point did he agree £100 let alone £105 with me as these prices are unreasonable or told me how much it was going to cost before he did the job. If I'd known I would get a bill for £105 I would have asked him not to do the job. Please check and agree a price with before he does your job as otherwise the price will be inflated.

Bricklaying- 3 Feb 2020
Steve is a professional, friendly and fair builder who delivers the job at the highest standard and right at the time he promises you. He won't hesitate to go extra miles to make sure his job is to perfection. Steve is skillful and knows pretty much everything to do with the building business. He made few windows and doors openings for me and put the lintels in place; a bit of brickwork and some stud walls. He always turns up at 8 am and works all the way till late afternoon. My wife and I were so happy with his work ethics, his fair price, and the high-quality work that we gave him other jobs straightaway and recommend his work to a friend of ours who is now planning to use Steve's services to entirely refurb their house and make an extension to the back.

I purchased a property in Bulwell, Nottingham which needed a complete renovation. I initially chose a different contractor for the work but they ended up being a complete nightmare so I called Jane in to takeover and manage the project. Very professional and efficient. The job was done in a couple of weeks to a high standard. Mitchell and Murray are now managing the rental of the property as well for me. Will definitely be using Mitchell and Murray again in the future!

Kitchen Fitting- 10 Sep 2018
Completed my new kitchen today, he did an excellent job way better than I imagined. I am really happy with his work, he is very experienced fitter he know what to do. He did couple of extra jobs for us at no extra price. Andrew does a professional job at a low price compared to others. He did the plumbing and electrical jobs for us which is a bonus because some fitters do not do those jobs but charge the same or even higher price. He is very friendly, honest and polite we felt really comfortable with him. we trusted him and left the house keys with him and went out. After he finished, he tested all the electrical appliances he installed and showed and explained everything for us. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again for similar job.
