Being our first extension project and not knowing any builders we were very anxious about selecting the right people, M & N builders were clearly the best of the bunch! An all-round WOW from me. I can't recommend Chris enough, he is the man for your job! We arranged a mutual time for Chris to come and look at the job, he arrived exactly when he said he would be there. We discussed the two options for the job, one being a move of a toilet the other being a full bathroom refit. I agreed to send Chris a list of the jobs for the full refit and Chris would then price up and get back to me. After sending all the details over, Chris confirmed when we would be able to get a quote to me by, and the quote arrived the next day, earlier than expected! A fully itemized list of jobs and a price next to each and then a separate list of the materials and estimated costs of those next to each one. We then agreed a start date for a full bathroom refit. The day before Chris was due to start he sent me a text to remind me that he was starting work the next day, that was a refreshing change from me making sure contractors are going to turn up! Chris worked nonstop every day, and worked as late as he needed to (asking me if it was ok to work late). He is very polite and friendly, and was able to offer guidance and ideas on tasks. At the end of every day he tidied up and kept the place clean all the time. When he says he can cover all jobs he truly means it, every job he do, and has the right tools to complete everyone to a very high standard. I am very impressed with Chris and the new bathroom I have. Thanks!

Robbie came at short notice to quote for the job, and set a date to do it at that time. Great Communications and turned up promptly on the date to do the job. All finished and tidied up (there was a LOT of ivy!). So good we asked them to come back to do a bit of fencing in the other corner of the garden. Again, all done on time and to the quoted price. We (and the neighbours) are very happy!

Luke did a stunning job on our en suite and main bathroom. Both were a complete refit plus an extension. Could not fault the quality of work from start to finish. Luke made sure he quoted the job properly and carefully, gave us plenty of advice on what was possible and what sort of products would be best. The completed work looks absolutely great and is finished to perfection. We are so pleased with how everything looks and works. Luke and his team were always on time, super friendly and polite, really nice people who we enjoyed meeting and completely trusted with a key to our home and to be left there if we went out. They were incredibly hard (And happy!) workers and went above and beyond to get the job done within the agreed timeframe to a superb standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be booking Luke in the future for our next job.
