I cannot give stronger feedback. The work Pavlo completed was not only quick, reasonably priced and fantastically accurate, but Pavlo was friendly, clean and very respectful. The job was quite big and underachieve by mu amateur hands, so I was thankful for the professionals to come in and that is exactly who arrived. The finish was perfect, all cracks and imperfections filled, walls prepared and sanded thoroughly and end result exceeded expectations. I am having Pavlo back to do some more as I can now never meet his high standards. Please use...he is great!

Alin and his company has done long term work for us for the last 5 years. We are developers and they have done high spec work for us in South Ken and Chelsea, working on high end flats. They have done all sorts of jobs for us - stripping down to bare carcass, electrics, plumbing, fitting, decorating - the whole project, from start to finish. We choose Alin and his team because they are professional and have a very can-do attitude. The biggest reason we get them back is because they are solution finders and are multi skilled. They also buy all the materials and are extremely trustworthy.

My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Marek gave us a quote for the replastering of our flat as part of our full renovation. We discussed the works in some detail and he definitely knows his stuff, and we were confident that he would do a good job. However we did not end up needing anyone as our existing builder who was doing our kitchen said he could do it. Marek was our first choice otherwise. I am certain he would have done a good job and he offered us a competitive quote. So I just wanted to say on here that despite Marek only having 1 previous feedback we have met him and you should definitely consider him for your job.

We chose to hire Kheireddine after speaking to many flooring specialist, and we're glad that we made the right choice. I tried to do the job myself & messed it up. Then Kheireddine came to our rescue. He listened to us & advised through his experience. He did take time to do the prep work (protecting existing furniture, hangings). He did carefully assessed the floor condition before starting work. The process involved many more stages than I thought, and he did explain all stages and what does it actually mean. Unlike other builder/professional he wasn't in rush. He took his time to make sure the job is deliver to the perfection. He also distributed work in phases to let the oil dry. My children stepped on some portion leaving some marks, which he happily cleared next day. He gave us multiple different choices to make our mind as we weren't sure which will be suitable for our room. He used top quality stuff (oil, varnish, polish) which are expensive than normal. He listened to all our concerns & made sure all were resolved to our satisfaction. He made sure the job is completed within the time frame he promised. He also advised us on post care for the floor and leave some oil for us in case we need it. Kheireddine was very friendly & professional. We're very happy with the outcome and glad that we hired him through mybuilder. I do highly highly recommend him.
