Groundwork & Foundations- 7 Nov 2024
From start to finish, Bogdan and his team were exceptional. After dealing with a previous builder who caused numerous delays, I found SBG Services. Bogdan came by the same day to assess the job and impressed me with his extensive knowledge. Given my tight schedule, he got to work immediately. I’ve never seen a builder work as hard as his team; they labored tirelessly from morning to night to ensure the project was completed promptly without compromising quality. Every trade I've had since has commented on their attention to detail. In just three weeks, they completed two extensions and transformed my garden. I will definitely be calling Bogdan back to handle my front garden early next spring.

Plumbing- 23 Sep 2025
It’s a shame to write this, as James did an initially good job replacing the pump and advised me to add strainers (which I paid extra for) to help preserve it. Unfortunately, the pump still stopped working within a year (not necessarily his fault). When I told him of the urgency because new tenants were moving in, he came to diagnose the issue, charged me for the diagnosis, and said with certainty it was the shower cartridges, promising to return to replace them. Unfortunately, he never came back despite numerous calls and messages. When I hired another plumber, I discovered the diagnosis was also incorrect. I’ve been left out of pocket and badly let down, especially given the urgency of the situation. Advice: Be cautious about paying upfront for extra work or a diagnosis unless you’re confident the job will be completed properly.

Roman's work on my bathroom was great! He went above and beyond what was asked of him and completed the work on budget and on time. He fixed both the floor and the rest of the bathroom. He brought issues to my attention that needed attention and fixed once I gave the go ahead. He was in constant touch with me over whatspp giving me feedback on a daily basis as the work progressed. I am extremly happy with the work he has done and would hire him next time I have a job.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 30 Mar 2018
I could not praise Darek enough for his standard of work, punctuality, professionalism and respect. We hired him in Jan 2018 for the complete renovation of a 4 bedroom house, garden and front patio. Not only did he do each aspect of his job to a high standard, his knowledge and advice went a long way in helping to make repairs we had not identified but were much needed. He offers a very reasonable quote and clearly cares about his work. He has excellent time management, commitment, is reliable and trust worthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him!
