The hygiene levels were ridiculous and I've worked with entrenched rough sleepers who are Multiply Excluded Clients that had moreso awareness. Job took four and a half hours to conclude with. Broke parts of both cabinet storage cupboards. Insisted on placing them on top of each other as when I pulled them out it was revealed that the backboard wasn't fixed accordingly. Didn't disclose that they'd been damaged whilst being assembled and took te whole amount for the job where as my partner had to contact him to refund only half of the amount due to his total incompetence. A total nightmare from start to finish...I had to air out the room due to the poor hygiene too. Horrific experience. I'm at present paying for £100 for storage that isn't fit for purpose.

He is a very dedicated hardworking man who ensured that I got not only what I wanted but also of top quality. I was very impressed with his professionalism and reliability. He would give me his professional advice when I was stuck on choices which were very informative and helpful. Someone had done my driveway previously and had completely done the opposite of what I had requested making me lose hope in finding someone suitable to redo it. Besnick restored my faith as a skilled and hard worker who never once disappointed me. I needed someone who would work consistently and diligently and Besnick excelled in all these things. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from REA Construction. The project was delivered within budget and on time. We lived in the property during the work and we, our neighbours and the site were always treated with the utmost consideration. There were almost no hitches and, when they did occur, they were dealt with immediately and thoroughly. Our project team, led by Kristjan and Besi, were universally hardworking, organised and produced work to an excellent standard. Communication is great, the people are wonderful. Renato was someone I felt I could trust from the moment I met him and he never let us down. He and everyone at REA genuinely care about what they do and that their customers have a happy experience. We certainly did and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I have to start off by saying that this is a polite and humble contractor, that despite delivering poor quality was very apologetic and refunded us the cost of the unsalvageable items. However, it would be remiss of me not to leave a review as the job is incomplete and has to be done by someone else. We required a guest toilet replacement. Sadly, amongst other things the wrong connectors were used resulting in waste flowing wrong way and toilet too high for unit, our boxing and tiles were ruined in order to access pipes, and lead rather than plastic being used in addition to mastic seals resulting in leaks. The job was stopped by us. A new contractor is now being sought to rectify - we hope before Christmas. As said initially, contractor was very apologetic and refunded cost of wc and unit. Despite us obviously never being able to use him again, will give 10/10 for customer service. Perhaps a simpler job would be better for him. We wanted a 2 in 1 toilet sink fitted in our guest downstairs toilet.

Extremely professional, he came in and got the job done which was a difficult job with old pipe work and all the problems of an aged central heating system. Very polite and friendly and explained everything he was doing as he went along. Everything done to a really high standard and we couldn’t be more pleased with his work for which he charged a fair price. We would recommend him to friends if needed and also call him again ourselves if more works are ever needed at our house. A very nice guy all round and it was a pleasure to have met him.
