Martin came and saw the job promptly. His quote was a little more than another I had had but he made a couple of suggestions and generally demonstrated he knew what he was talking about so I chose him. The job was done quickly and well in a day. It hasn't rained heavily yet but the roof seems perfect. Martin did say that if there were any problems to call him. I am sure everything will be fine but it's nice to have that kind of customer service. Highly recommended!

We met many different builders before making our decision to go with Balti property services. The deciding factor was Jason's clear knowledge and eye for detail. Their price reasonable and they are willing to negotiate to help fit your budget. They managed to get the job completed within the time agreed to a very high standard. The team of workers are very competent and friendly, they turn up on time and leave the property safe when they leave ate the end of each day. I am a project manager for high end Audio-Visual installs, so you have to be good to impress me, but this company did, so it's a 5 star from me.

My beloved lean-to conservatory needed removing/replacing; a daunting prospect for me. Dean's 5 star reviews gave me confidence - he certainly deserves them. Here's mine, 10 stars if I could! His site visit gave me expert advice on design, in a way I could understand, whilst ensuring my preferences/queries were addressed in the final competitive quote. Dean kept me up to date on progress, ordering materials/installation; all work was completed to our agreed schedule. It was never an issue that he and his colleague were working in a small space with awkward access; they were just so helpful and respectful of my neighbours. So this intimidating project for me was handled so efficiently. As one reviewer said, "I wish all workmen could be so good!" Amen, sister! If you've found Dean, you've struck gold - stop digging and hire him! I hope he'll be available for future jobs for me and my mates; I plan on recommending him to them all when they come for a cuppa in my shiny new space.

Internal demarcation and partitioning of the unit where we presently ccupy and carry out our various activities. The job included carpentry, interior deoration, desining and decorating and pumbing. Samson was outsatanding in all the works he did for us. Samson was courtious and gave great attentions to details. He was professiional all through and very reliable. My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Ramsey did an excellent job at our place. The flat needed a wide range of repairs (it has been a while since we have done any proper maintenance and quite a few things stopped working/came undone/broke altogether). He fixed a large variety of problems we had and did a really good job of making all repairs look organic with the rest of the flat. On a personal note Ramsey was also always pleasant, on time, and clear with what he will be doing when. He also did his best to make sure the works caused minimum disruption to our family.

This job was not easy because my new cooker hood size and system were different than for the previous one, but Hamid (HB electrical) could install the new appliance with confidence and professionalism. Provided honest trustworthy opinion on various options available, as well as being confident and open enough to state what aspects were simply not worthwhile touching at this point in time. All works were completed on time with good progress updates. Definitely would recommend and will be using again, when the time comes.
