Tiling- 6 Oct 2022
We are beyond shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour. Initially, he acted professional and trustworthy, but he turned out to be exactly the opposite. On the 8th of July, he promised "3-5 working days" instead he pulled us along for two months of unbearable stress and waste of time because he kept on taking other jobs instead of doing ours. He wasted all of July as we had to meet him four times to finalize the design that he kept on rejecting until we agreed on the easiest option for him. He dragged out removing tiles and levelling 10 steps all of August, working 6 hours in total and leaving a job that is so appalling that it needs to be completely redone. He postponed the tiles' order for a month despite assuring us all August that he had done it in July; after numerous complaints, he sent the tiles' invoice, dated 31st of August. He gave us dozens of appointments but never came nor had the decency to cancel, despite dozens of calls, emails and texts, causing significant disruptions and loss to our life and work commitments. We asked him to reimburse the cost of the tiles and materials he didn't provide and for the work he didn't do, but he ignored our emails. We have removed him from the job and are reporting him to the relevant authorities.

Bathroom Fitting- 25 Mar 2024
He was good when doing the job, and workmanship was very good, I cannot complain about that. I think what let down the entirety is aftercare & integrity of the builder. The fact we had given him multiple jobs in our house not just this one, and the first big issue we had within the first 2/3 months where our electrics stopped working in the bathroom for him to refuse to come unless I paid him £80? People usually give warranty with work and he claimed he doesn’t give more then a month which I find concerning especially with plumbing work, imagine a small leak getting worse over time before finding out. Luckily I had building insurance so when an electrician came out he said the builder had not tightened the pull switch which came loose, and I’d have had to pay to just tighten a switch. Now he’s blocked me on what’s app & for me that’s concerning and very unprofessional

Daniel has done several jobs for me. He has rewired my kitchen, added fans, diagnosed problems, he has also put in plugs and sockets and done our lighting. He has worked really well, put them in quickly. He also followed up a week later to ask if it was all still working which was a nice touch. One night I called him up at 9pm and he was there the next day. A really reliable and good service. I have him booked in to do more work and would highly recommend him.

Loft Conversion- 29 Apr 2023
My house was totally renovated by this company. I was very satisfied with much of the work. I was informed that I would be given the buildings certificate and the electrical certificate for works completed once final payment was received. I was given the buildings certificate. I was not given the electrical certificate, although the house had been fully rewired as part of the work. I chased up for the certificate but my requests were ignored. I was aware an electrician had come to inspect the works, and the builder who had been on site indicated it appeared to go well. I have now just recently had the electricity in the house inspected by an electrician and have found there were issues that required rectifying.

Complete kitchen renovation. The work was carried out in consultation with myself, so I got what I wanted where I wanted. The standard is very high as it is bespoke work. This is the sixth project for which I have employed Parker’s of Northwood, the previous being bedrooms, living area, dining area, cloakroom. I wood employ them again, but there is nothing left to do.
