After great difficulty finding a local electrician we found this company further afield. Duwayne was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He turned up when he said he would. Price reasonable. We are getting some more work done soon by him. Would definitely recommend based on experience so far.

Very poor service. The job was to repair an outside doorbell that was not working. The electrician failed to turn up without giving us any warning or explanation. We tried to contact him several times by telephone, but he did not answer or return our calls. We received no explanation and heard nothing from him since today. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this service and certainly would not use it again.

Turned up on Tuesday started the roof looking good said he would be back Wednesday gave an excuse he couldn't get his men out of bed said he would come back next day didn't turn up. Finally turned up did some more work whilst starting work on neighbours garage at the same time. The next day he texted that he forgot to say he was going to a funeral and couldn't make it. More promises to come and didn't turn up. Also at the same time he was going to fit a new garage door with the same excuses and promises and finally fitted. The neighbour has had the same excuses and promises and has problems with roof. Waiting for him to come. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone else
