  I would highly recommend Robert and his team. They are punctual, trust worthy and personable which goes a very long way. I needed someone I could trust as I knew I wouldn’t always be on site and Robert fit the bill. Very professional, he knows his trade and fairy priced. Will definitely use again.

  I gave this person the plumbing work for my house extension and renovation for the existing of the house, at first this person was polite and well behaved, after he was given the first instalment, his intentions became clear. The contract, which was signed by both of us, was ignored. it was allegedly written by his 17 years old son, who left them and that the man is not responsible for the contract. Whilst the man and his brother were doing the plumbing a few things which were lying around the house had gone missing, as well as the fact that he had just spontaneously disappeared for two-three weeks at a time on multiple occasions. In each occasion he had brought up excuses such as his wife had a heart attack or he had been to Poland for a bereavement. Towards the end his attitude had changed as he became more aggressive. He had persuaded me to give the last installment and promised to be devoted to the task at hand. As soon as I entrusted him with my hard-earned lump sum from my pension he took his tools and left, resulting in me having to find other tradesmen to do the remainder of the work. In his profile he advertised that he has a diploma and many other qualifications in plumbing, I have my doubts as he could not hold a basic conversation in English. This made me suspect whether he really did receive these “qualifications”. His work had many faults within it which forced me to turn to another plumber.

  I would not recommend this tradesman at all. The wardrobe assembly was left incomplete, poorly done, and unsafe. One of the wardrobe panels was fitted incorrectly, with the backing placed the wrong way around, and the door was not even added back onto the wardrobe afterwards. He also still had another wardrobe left incomplete. The wardrobe was extremely shaky and clearly not assembled properly, so I had no choice but to pay someone else additional money to take it apart and redo the work correctly. After requesting a refund, my messages and calls have been completely ignored. Throughout the job there were constant excuses and delays every day, one excuse after another, which became very frustrating and time-consuming. Avoid him at all costs!

  Having recently moved into our new flat we quickly realised what a state our kitchen was in. From the first site visit Mike was everything we needed. He create a design that we loved and completely changed the flow of our kitchen. When work started Mike and his team were prompt each morning and left the house spotless each day. The teamed worked tirelessly to get the work done and went over and beyond to create our desired finish. Mike and his team were reliable, helpful and efficient and I would recommend him if you are looking for something bespoke and the wow factor.
