William and his team were very good and installed an entirely new shower cubicle in place on an existing cupboard in a bathroom with previously only a WC and sink. I am delighted with the result and will be using William and his team again for other projects across my rental portfolio.

Barney was very quick and kept my informed during the job of adding TRVs to my radiators. He also offered to service our boiler but unfortunately it had been wired incorrectly when installed with the Nest (by another supplier) so we had to wait for Worcester Bosch to fix first. Very good price and service from Barney!

Hired A&E for a CP12 at a rented property of ours. Billy conducted the test & to my surprise failed it due to a lack of FSD (which I had never heard of before. none of the previous 4 engineers had picked up on this issue. they wanted to change the hob at add cost. When they sent me a softcopy of the CP12- the name on it was different, it wasn't Billy, it was Aaron Spirit - not sure why Billy is doing CP12 on Aaron's cert number... I had to resort to doing my own research online and corroborating it directly with the Gas register who confirmed that the hob was compliant and did not need a FSD (being an old house & the hob being installed originally when FSD was NOT a requirement - pretty basic stuff for a professional gas engineer I would expect). Anyway, having confronted Aaron via phone he amended the CP12 & hand delivered it to me with an apology. I decided to use Aaron a few weeks later for another one of our rental properties - this time a flat - guest what - they failed the CP12 again - FSD and this time the main ECV valve. I called National Grid immediately, they sent out an engineer who confirmed that the ECV valve was working perfectly fine which as you can imagine sent out alarm bells again for the 2nd time. As for the FSD - they were pulling a fast one - I had to call the Gas register again and they confirmed that I was right. despite repeated emails and calls I have not had an explanation from them. Not going to use nor recommend them ever again.

We hired Manu and his team to plaster our summerhouse, relocate two radiators and fit a new bulkhead ceiling in the lounge and install LED tape. He was knowledgable, professional and considerate and I highly recommend Manu and his team. Not only did he understand the project for the bulkhead, but he came up with another suggestion which we went with, and friends and family agree looks amazing. The finish on the plasterwork is perfect and Manu and his team worked hard and even left the summerhouse cleaner than when they started! It is great to work with a team who pay such attention to detail, listen to the client and get the job done to a high standard. It was a risk to go with Manu as he didn't have any feedback when I hired him. I actually got him to quote so I could compare prices with someone else I had in mind to do the job, but when I met Manu I felt he would be the better person to do the job as he listened and understood exactly what I wanted and so I ended up hiring him instead. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any future jobs. Thank you Manu and team!
