Ben was excellent: he's a very friendly and professional individual who clearly was able to present the different options avaliable to solve the requested problems as well as explain any challenges he faced. He sorted a number of new plugs, completed some very challenging wiring (the joys of Victorian properties!) and installed a number of new light as well as a wired in a fitted a new heated bathroom mirror. Overall 10/10 - I highly recommend you use Ben for your electrical works.

Absolutely terrible experience & poor workmanship The only thing that this guys was worried about it’s the money , 0 f….k given about the quality. He build 2.5m tall sliding doors on 12mm mdf board & when I warned him that this door it’s not ok like this , it will bend over quickly, he’s reply was : no once it’s painted it will get stronger. What a joke what a cowboy. Now the doors on the other wardrobes are bend over & I’ve been trying to get this sorted asap, by trying to get this sorted , but this guy seems like has no intention to get back to me. I’ve given him time until the end of the week , If he don’t get back to me , I ll be left with no choice by take legal actions Be careful before you decide to work with this guy , I’m not saying that they’re not good , but I wouldn’t recommend.

My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy. We called in Dominic following a very unsatisfactory and bad fitting of an expensive kitchen. Dominic fully rectified all misaligned doors and drawers and trims and fully fitted the decorative cornicing and unusual decorative plinths which were beyond the capability of the previous fitters. in addition he also rectified a faulty sitting room door. I would highly recommend him, and will utilise his services for future projects.
