THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT JOB, ANTONI and the team! 🙏 Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and getting excited to have your job done! We had a double garages conversion started in July 2021, however, the previous builder Razvan, left it unfinished, because he wanted more money in the middle of the job, so he stopped the conversion and left a messy building site. ( please make sure you sign a contract with a finishing date..) ours work has lasted 4 months instead of two weeks. :(…. It had costed us Christmas, not expected expenses, horrible experience! Then we found Antoni through my builders.com. :) PATIENT AND WELL PLANNED AHEAD 👍 They were so patient to tackle each problem which left by Razvan and fixed it in a nicer and safer way. Eg. The bathroom tray gap is 1230 mm instead of 1200 mm. There is no such size of tray in the market , but Antoni fixed the problem and did an excellent job. RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL ⏰ The biggest problems with my previous builder, not TURNING up with all kinds of excuses. Antoni and his team turned up every morning before 8am, two weeks , they never been late. Actually they arrived just after 7.30 am and patiently waited for me to open our garden gate. REASONABLE QUOTE 📝AND FINISHED ON TIME ⌛️ We had three quotes before hiring Antoni, his quote is very reasonable, not the cheapest, but we appreciated that he foresaw the problems and came out with solutions and charged it accordingly. From the beginning, Luke communicated clearly and professionally. He arrived on time, assessed the job, and was refreshingly honest — unlike a couple of other electricians who had previously misled me about the amount of work needed. His quote was very fair, and on the day he kept me updated about his arrival time, which I really appreciated. Luke and his team member Paul got straight to work and barely took a break. They upgraded the consumer unit and fully tested all the electrics and wiring. Both were extremely polite and professional throughout, and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. Luke even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately had workmen mess me around before, so it was a relief to deal with a company that genuinely went above and beyond to do a great job. I cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough for any electrical work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects.

Orgest and team carried out a full kitchen/bedroom strip out and refit along with a couple of ancillary jobs. Am very happy with the work they carried out, and found them all to be very friendly and reliable throughout. Orgest was always responsive to questions and kept me updated on the progress of outstanding tasks. I am looking to do some more work in the coming months and will be looking to re-hire them for that.

Lucian arrived on time. He explained what he would do and what materials and got on with the job. A lot of shrubs to cut and clear and he tidied and swept up as he went along rather than all at the end. Fence was erected neat and secure. Job well done.

I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Excellent. Good quote and communication. Very efficient and extremely tidy. Nice people mainly a father and son team. Also the scaffolders they use were super. They didn’t cause any issues with the final bill. It was equal to the quote. Not any extras normal builders do. They got a job from our next door neighbours from painting our house who loved their job as well. Would use again.

Absolutely superb! Fantastic job! Demolished the front wall of my home and reconstructing it in London Multi-Stock Brick. Looks brand new and in keeping with the brickwork of the house! Denis and his team were fantastic. Arrived before 8am start everyday, was incredibly polite and courteous and worked hard to deliver the job on time and on budget, whilst doing everything he could to ensure that the job was not disruptive to myself or my neighbours. He and his team did an excellent job in carrying out the task and completed the job exactly how he described. I've even had other builders comment on how good the job looks and how it's turned out! Would recommend Denis wholeheartedly to anyone looking to have a fantastic job done on their brickwork! 10 out of 10! Would instruct him in a heartbeat on other projects!
