Klejvis and his partner did an incredible job over a couple of days creating a patio and a path. They were timely, well-humoured, hard-working and relentless in rough conditions. I'd readily recommend them to others and hope they will come back soon for some other projects we're planning.

My Mother passed away recently and the house she was living in, needed bringing up to date. I had several decorators contact myself to say they could do the work i required. I choose three decorators to come around and give me a quote, 1 of them did not turn up at the time we agreed, so i cancelled him as i did not want that to be the way he does the job by being late every day. The other person was nice but i noticed he had no car or van when he arrived, Touch of Class turned up prompt at the time we agreed, I needed the lounge stripped of the old wall paper and repainted and the downstairs toilet. as they entered my lounge Randy removed his shoes and entered the lounge as he did not want the carpet to get dirty which was a big thumbs up for me. very polite gentlemen. They gave me a very reasonable quote and i agreed to hire them, they turned up on time each day which was excellent as i had to leave for work . There work was fantastic they covered all my furniture the curtains, NO mess whatsoever and completed the job to a very high standard. I am know going to book them to do my hallway and kitchen. Again I cannot praise them enough , after loosing my mother they made me smile again as the lounge and bathroom looked like a new house. cannot wait to see the hallway and kitchen when its done. Work was extremely tidy, both where so polite , work completed well before the date they said .

installed a draining board that didn't drain, unwilling to fix problem can't even paint a wall properly,15 bricks at bottom of wall, refused to paint them, no attemt to paint behind cooker, very visible area, unable to cut old ends of wallpaper before painting, new wallpaper unsticking,picture hook holes to big not parallel to floor, does stuff you don't want or need, you can't watch even a bit what he is doing.he takes stuff from your house.and he is very slow then wants more money, any money you give him he will text you later that he has received it, and sometimes doesn't,grouting/sealent has yellow oil in it not white,

Excellent service from start to finish. He came three times to make sure everything was done properly. On the first visit, he helped move a very heavy shed package into the garden, which was extremely helpful. On the second visit, he completed the shed base construction and assembled the shed carefully and professionally. The work was done to a high standard, and he made sure everything was level and solid. He then returned a third time to fix a few minor issues with the shed without any hesitation, which really shows his reliability and commitment to doing the job properly. He was punctual, hardworking, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Very pleased with the finished shed and base. Would definitely recommend and would happily hire him again.

Great service. They turned up for a site survey , gave a competitive price and once bricks arrived they came the day we agreed and began planning /setting out the job, prepared for any issues with our brick lines, talked through any issues with us,then laid 7000 bricks in a week.Great pointing, clean lines, would recommend and will definitely use again.

My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy.
