Carpets & Lino- 14 Oct 2026
Job was done very quickly -in around 8 hr /both -living room & stairs area .You should take more time -there is no need to rush.., i think …Was very hard work to remove carpet in the living room which was hardly glued.Im very pleased its been successfully removed in 5 hr ! 💪! Job itself quality is good .My advice would be to use as little as possible adhesive -smelled bad for a very long time … that gass -off period was difficult to manage .Also that synthetic carpet smelled of chemicals & adhesive too. That carpet should be left to ventilate before fitting as synthetic carpet goes through chemical treatments.Overall -happy with new flooring & carpet … it was expensive but very much needed change in my house 😉.. Thank you muscly 💪Frank & your lovely son ❤️❤️.. I wish you success😊

Hard Flooring- 21 Mar 2018
Tom's actually one of the registered fitters for the natural wood flooring company, where we got our floor, which is why i hired him, he's got a website that shows he does a lot of high end work. The job he's done speaks for itself. He did a herringbone floor across two rooms, a landing, stairs and a large trap door. Paying close attention to the trap door, you'll notice the grain of every piece lines up as you move from floor to trap door. Really impressive work. Tom's friendly, communicative, straight forward to deal with, turned up when he said he would, dealt with the small issues (i didn't order enough floor) professionally and calmly, managed to work around the chaos of the rest of the renovation, finished on time, and the finish was great. March 2018, Flat renovation in london.

I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.

Decking- 14 Jul 2019
They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. Regards Shigeki They worked quite hard and the workmanship is

Plastering- 24 Dec 2025
An absolute disaster! Andy is very polite but this is deceptive. By the end of the first day of starting Andy messaged to say his wife booked a surprise trip and so he would be around for only 2.5 days then off the job for a week?!? This compromised other installation dates dependent on plastering being completed. Workmanship is shocking! Poor and low level. Especially as plaster has started to dry every sub standard piece of work even more evident. Hard to believe he’s even in this as a business. His price gives the impression he knows what he’s doing with expertise and pride. His work is excessively messy, ruined the carpets in both bedrooms even though I asked him to protect them; they are old carpets but still in use. I’m traumatised! On day of completion Andy immediately pestered me for payment which I honoured. He is now ignoring my messages regarding my concerns on quality of his work. My new log burner left in a state. I want a refund! Horrendous! DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY!!!
