Adrian provided a professional and friendly service, and did an excellent job repairing some damaged brickwork at our property. From first contact, Adrian was courteous and helpful, providing a quote within 24 hours of visiting to inspect the damage. On the day of the job, Adrian arrived exactly when he said he would, and worked extremely hard throughout the day with minimal disturbance. He is obviously very knowledgeable about his trade, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Goldstar Brickwork Services for any jobs.

Do not use this company. they broke our glass when grinding a tree stump after telling them to erect a protective board around the glass. They ensured they would cover the costs of the glass. After promising to do so they were buying time in order to dissolving their company which they did successfully. All that they don't have to cover the promised costs. They have now setup a new company under PR Trees Ltd. Either way we are now in the process of suing them.

The job is still unfinished pending the attention of a new tradesperson over the coming days. My general feedback is that the quality of work dabbled in by those in question, despite no work being completed fully, is not up to scratch and their attention to detail is a little short of pathetic. The tradespeople in question turned up late every day and charged more than the amount we had initially agreed in writing. Despite the fact that I did agree to pay an increment, in addition to the agreed amount, their attitude became more and more careless, cocky and disrespectful and of course the price for this job kept increasing. The last time had the pleasure of their expertise, I reluctantly used google translate to explain that there is no more room for negotiation on the grounds that I was already paying more than we had agreed in writing. I have not heard from them since.

We stumbled across Rhys on My Builder, and from day one of meeting Rhys from Stride Plumbing and heating, it was apparent that Rhys and his team were dedicated in their work. Not only did they provide an amazing service and explained everything thoroughly we feel we received the highest quality of workmanship. Rhys was always there going above and beyond to ensure that the job of installing a brand new heating system in our home went smoothly. Every question answered and even the silly ones! Always arrived on time and always ensuring they cleaned up as they went along. I would highly recommend Veselin. He came in for a paint job and ended up fixing other jobs around the house too. His paint work is very good quality and he charges a very fair price. Next time I need to call anyone for help he will definitely be first on the list.
