I have worked in the building industry since 1998 for a very reputable building company who are still active today. Since then I have become a multi trade self-employed builder. I completed five new builds including all areas of groundwork, brickwork, plastering, roofing, patios, driveways and basic carpentry. I do use a group of trusted reputable people who are qualified in areas such as electrics and plumbing as works have to be signed off. I’ve also completed works on renovations/extensions.I am familiar with building control and their requirements also structural engineers and their reports/rules and regulations. I am willing to travel within a 40 mile radius depending on my overheads. I currently hold an NVQ level 2 plastering qualification which is my preferred area of work. I have 24 years experience in all areas of the building industry. I am able to provide clients with pictures of work carried out and testimonial statements .Customer care/health and safety comes first.All work is carried out to a very high standard.
