Excellent engineer highly recommended; correctly diagnosed the fault on the boiler and was able to visit the same day to rectify it. I was shocked at the speed with which it was all done, from posting the job to getting it done; all within 24 hours! I have since had the boiler serviced through him and he has also power flushed the central heating system. He is very knowledgeable and I have recommended him to friends and family. He is very reliable and knows his job inside out. I have also appointed him to carry out the annual boiler service. He has done a great job & I have no doubt that he will do the same for other customers as well. Well done to him for a super job, always done properly.

He did half of the job and then never came back. Booked me in twice to finish the job, I took time off work and made plans to be at the house. He cancelled both times last minute for other jobs. He then arranged a third time, I traveled to the house to meet him, and he didn’t bother turning up, no communication, not a text or a call.

Mr Mihail Arama is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very thorough with the work. Before changing the fusebox he checked all the electrical points that would need addressing in the house. As I live in a house built in the 80s, he explained what changes were required in order to be safe and obtain the safety compliance certificate. He explained how the different house circuits were organised in the fuse box and checked that all worked as expected after the installation. As I had issues with my old stove and oven which caused the fusebox to trip he returned to make sure that all cables were in the right circuit and explained why that was happening. After a few days , he followed up to make sure that I had received the certificate and that everything was in order. He also installed a power shower and took great care in checking previously all the requirements that were needed. He made himself available for any issues post-installation and replied promptly and courteously. Mr Mihail Arama is a serious professional that will listen to your concerns and will find a solution for them. I don't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical jobs that you may have.

There was a narrow timeframe in which to do the work and this was met (despite more effort than first thought with respect to strengthening the floor).
