PM Building epitomise what a modern day, professional building firm should aspire to be. Transparent pricing, a friendly team working 6, sometimes 7 days a week to get the job done quickly, an eye for detail and very high standard of final finish. All comms and the overall work is run through Bart, who answers to phone, text or email quickly and frequently outside normal working hours. This is ideal if you work during the day and cannot be around to oversee things directly. We also got PM Building to make us a bespoke kitchen, again very high quality and millimetre perfect. If I had to find some negatives, they are not the cheapest company you could find, but there again you get what you pay for; also, we developed a few issues with some retaining walls in the garden, however, they returned when I contacted them long after the work had finished and fixed them! All in all, an excellent, honest and professional company to deal with. I would, and have, recommended them to friends...nuff said.

He is NOT a professional tiler. Tiling of our cloakroom and bathroom was horrendous. *Took double the amount to time which was quoted* *Working hours 4pm - 10pm* *Poor levelling of tiles across ALL walls (despite using cement boards) and floor (despite himself applying self levelling compound)* *Uneven tile placement meant tile corners didn't align with adjacent tiles* *Uneven spacing of tiles despite using tile spacers AND tile spacers were not removed/cut enough before grouting, so plastic is now bulging out* *Huge untiled gap left between wall and ceiling* *Chipped tiles from using poor blade* *Incorrect tile colour placed on right-hand side of door frame* *Grout/adhesive was pasted on top of plastic wrap I had used to protect pipe. I can see the plastic sticking out* *Steel edge trimming falling short across the length of tile and not fully encasing the tile edge* *Gaps in sealant work, and poor quality where is was done* *Very messy worker* Pictures do not do any justice.

We had a massive hole in our bedroom wall and for 3 months, we chased different builders who talked us into extra work and exaggerated prices __ Until we met JAT from Purl Construction Ltd. With little children , you suffer added anxiety about house maintenance.JAT examined the wall and gave us a quote almost three times less than other Plasterers. On the day of work, he arrived on time and headed straight to the job. He was very considerate of where he puts his tools/materials and how and where he moves our things. What seemed like an entire day's work was finished to a high specification IN LESS THAN THREE HOURS ! The wall looked like it never had any hole in it. JAT also brought his colleague Tom who gave us a surprisingly cheaper quote for painting the room and front door. We found JAT to be extremely professional, personable, reliable, clean and proficient in his skills. JAT also gave us useful advice on future maintenance of our house and how we can save money, but without any expectations for using his company. If you are looking for an honest and reliable person, we wholeheartedly recommend JAT. It's very hard to trust people with your property as often, other construction people leave lasting damage after coning ordinary customers out of their hard-earned money but JAT is totally different . You can trust him literally blindly!! You need to meet him once and you will know why we wrote such a long review.

This is the best experience I have ever had with any tradesman! Paco’s enthusiasm experience and attention to detail is absolutely amazing. He completed the job without fuss and up to a very high standard and even painted and fixing up other bits for us too! He even came back an extra day at no additional cost to add some finishing touches. Always friendly, polite, helped me move furniture and cleaned up too! Amazing experience after hiring so many bad tradesman in the past. Would defiantly recommend PDM Services and hire again. Top Guy
