I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

Besart replaced 30 sq metres of water-damaged laminate flooring in our apartment. He came promptly and removed the old flooring, replacing with new over a weekend. His work and that of his colleagues was excellent. He organised the entire, very difficult project with professionalism, care, honesty and expertise. We are delighted. Well done!

Absolutely brilliant. On time for assessing job, got quote same evening - seemed really reasonable. Someone available to speak to on phone with queries. On time to do job. Brought materials needed as required- had noted what was needed when assessing job.Fast and efficient workers. Very clean. Had work explained whilst in progress and potential problems were identified and measures put in place to make sure things could not go wrong eg water to garden tap was routed so garden water would not be affected by softener and tap put in place so could be turned off for winter. Was given really useful advice about usage and things I could expect eg noise during operation. Paid as per quote- even fixed toilet problem without extra charge.Could not fault and highly recommended. Already negotiating next job I need doing- need I say more!
