I specialise in render rather than plastering but doesn’t give me the option to choose render as its own trade. Will be a gang of either 2 or 3 lads with me on any job possibly even just me depending on size of the job. Only got a years experience but been on a lot of difficult and big jobs, as you can see on my portfolio, where the lads who have been with me have got 5+ years experience and I have learnt a lot from them even in this short time period. I am able to do small patching jobs up to bigger spraying jobs with our g4 pft machine which I have a years experience with using and again the lads who I will be with on the job have 5+ years experience of using these machines.
