As plasterers, we began sub-contracting on large sites such as hospitals, schools, shopping centres, sports centres, H. M. Prisons and English Heritage projects. In 2010 we began working as damp-proofing technicians. Today, we run a small family business carrying out plastering and damp proofing within domestic homes. All our services are carried out in a clean manner. As a Christian family, we prize honesty and integrity, treating our customers the way we would have others treat us. Customer service is of key importance, and we will not be happy unless our client is happy. We are covered by the proper insurance and your home will be respected. (Where required: radiators will be removed and refitted by a professional plumber. Doors will be sealed with plastic, floors covered with ply, and all rubble taken away. Backboxes and white sockets will be replaced and electrics will be made safe by a registered electrician. All damp products such as DPC Cream, Membrane, Tanking Slurry and Waterproofer are supplied by PAM-TIES LTD).

Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that we have public liability insurance, Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile or email Our public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.
