Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Luis is a great guy to deal with. He is a total professional and from the moment you meet him you know he is striving to deliver the best job possible. He offered great solutions to some of the issues that always come up when you are stripping out a room. His team is very professional and hardworking too. The finished product was excellent - my newly tiled bathroom looks fantastic thanks to Luis and I know I am not going to have problems in the future because of the care he took and the quality of materials he used. A pleasure to deal with throughout.

I highly recommend this company of Felix and his colleagues. They did a very professional job of painting my dark stained wooden stairs. Painted the stringers, risers and fascia up the stairs and on the 1st floor gallery. It has been updated to white satin, and we left the treads in dark mahogany. They work quickly, very efficient in carrying out the task, with no fuss. All surfaces that could be affected by paint splashes were protected with quality splash sheets and masking tape. At the end of the day they tidied everything away neatly. When they completed the job they left the hall and stairs pristine. Good job done, Felix, thank you!

Taiwo visited quickly to see the work and quoted the same evening. I didn't get multiple quotes because I trusted him to do a good job and having done a lot of building work recently, I thought his price was competitive and broadly what I had budgeted. I'm really happy with the work Taiwo and his team completed. The job was an awkward one and took a lot of time and consideration to get it right. My ceiling now looks perfect and you would never know it has been patched. I would highly recommend Taiwo. When I need a plasterer in the future, I will give him a call because he's highly skilled, fairly priced and takes a lot pride in his work.

Superb from start to finish. Erik came to see the job on the Sunday and started the next day. The price was competitive and the team worked hard to tear out a ceiling, install a new one, plaster, paint and decorate the entire room within the week. Highly recommended!

Ibrahim did a great job changing my internal door lock and putting a lockbox up on a brick wall. He even vacuumed up afterwards to leave the room spotless (a rarity with builders in my experience!). Super nice guy, highly recommended.
