Sab came and resolved a long-standing issue with our Economy 7 that had been a mystery to solve. He called straight away, arrived exactly when he said he would and spent time understanding and testing the potential causes of the issues and fixed it promptly. He also followed up over the next few days to make sure everything was working and we were getting our overnight heat. He is a polite and friendly guy and I would happily use him again for any electrical issues we may have.

Luzianna and Carlos couldn’t have done more to make the refurbishment of my parents ground floor flat easy. The job was kept to the time schedule and finished to a good standard, Any extra requests asked for , were responded to promptly and with no problem. We were very happy and would recommend LG uk construction without hesitation

I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

We did a lot of research ahead of our loft build, and spoke to customers of the companies we looked at. We were impressed with Toma and her team from the outset, especially in terms of clarity and communication. We sat down with the project team at the start and walked through the week-by-week plan for our build, then a whatsapp group and weekly meets meant we knew exactly what was happening throughout. Our endless questions were responded to swiftly. Additional optional trade-ups (eg top-hung windows, larger bathroom window etc) were discussed and explained with context, sound advice (and clear pricing where nec) but always still optional. Toma's communication with the teams also seemed strong and continuous, with materials always arriving in time and ahead of when needed, no down-days etc - and importantly, the teams all seemed happy and were just lovely people to have around. I realise with hindsight too that the team's care and workmanship really put them a cut above many others in my area and the project remained on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICS for the whole package and in fact we've also chosen to use them again for a kitchen extension.

Dean, viewed my flat roof and promised he would get my quote to me in the next day or two. About seven days later I sent him a text which he did not respond to. Not knowing about My Builder at the time, I gave him a call now - about two weeks later. He informed me that he had been poorly, but my quote would arrive that evening. After googling local roof companies MyBuilder came up. Dean was the first person to reply to my ad, not realising it was me he started asking me questions on what needed repairing. He didn’t seem overly embarrassed when I told him he had already been to the property. He just promised once more that the quote would arrive this evening. I can confirm at 11pm I still have not received a quote from Dean. Very strange work ethic. I do recommend him.

Cliff was fantastic! So friendly and professional and completed the job exactly how we imagined it. For background, we had an electrician come to our flat 8 years ago and he left incomplete light fittings which had no power going to them. On top of this, we were told by another electrician that it would be a really difficult job to do and would take days of labour. Cliff had no problem working out what was wrong with the lights. He was great at communicating about what was going on and responded to any requests that we had. He did a brilliant job and yet was quick and efficient. From posting the job, we had it completed within a week. No other builders had even given us a quote by this stage. Overall we’re very happy it the job and highly recommend Cliff!!
