Roger is an experienced, friendly, chatty builder who is trustworthy, reliable and hard working. From our first meeting his professional integrity shone through and continued throughout the build. Our project was not straightforward but Roger found solutions to the problems encountered and nothing was ever too much trouble. Roger’s attention to detail is excellent and his workmanship second to none. We are already looking forward to employing him again in the near future.

Dan gave diplomatic and imaginative suggestions to help us decide on some final aesthetic issues with the tiling. Nothing was too much trouble. To round this all off, Dan, himself, was a pleasure! We hired Garry to decorate our 3 bed house which was in a sorry state. He really is a one man army. Nothing was too much bother for him and he worked really hard. We couldn't be happier with his efforts! Initially the job was to decorate the 3 bedrooms and living room. Later we added painting the kitchen cupboards and also to paint the wardrobe which he provided a very reasonable quote for. Thank you Garry for your hard work, our house is looking amazing. 5 stars for you. Cheers!! thank you again!

Adam and Peter completed my bathroom on time and at the agreed price. At all times they were very polite and helpful , working extremely hard to ensure the project was completed on time. The standard of their work is high and my bathroom is finished to a very good standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

All started nicely and he gave me a very good impression, I was waiting to get his estimate for nearly a month, First he said he is busy then he said “didn’t you get it”? I have sent him my email again and asked him to email me or WhatsApp me. Then he just ignored my messages. Sorry I have to leave a negative review but I gave him many times to reply. We all trying to make business here but he is just ruining his reputation!!!

I needed a new boiler as the old one after many years had given up. I approached a number of companies with mixed results but finally decided to go with Clearwater Property Services. I felt at ease talking with John who made things very easy to understand and provided a clear schedule which was required as both my wife and myself work full time.John provided a fantastic service. Very pleasant to talk to and did not come across as your usual trader. Although not the cheapest quote I received, John is proof that you get what you pay for and I certainly felt that the quality workmanship, friendliness and professionalism provided was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Clearwater Property Services and have kept Johns number in my phone should I have any work need doing to my property in the future.
