Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.

Very impressed with the work Deyan completed for me. All the things that should be an automatic of paid work like being punctual, sticking to agreed dates, quoting accurately, not leaving messes, etc were all 100%. The extra bits of providing expert opinion and doing a thorough consultation, plus advising on future proofing my design and materials was above my expectations. He even helped repair something from a previous builder, knowing it meant the job would take longer. Extremely happy with standard of finish work and the end product - many thanks.
