They initially gave a fair price and a date and timeline that fitted with our needs. Subsequently they over ordered on the bricks so we had over 100+ expensive London bricks left over and they under ordered on sand and cement.(Luckily the shop took them back but we had to deliver them there) The job took far longer than they had said although the poor weather did not help much which could not be helped. The worst was that the wall was finished so that the latch of the gate could not be fitted as the wall was a bit too long! The wall looks good but their customer service and time given for job as well as ordering materials needs some improvements. They are pleasant workers, not rude in speaking

I hired Alin to install laminate flooring within a quick time frame. Alin was quick at replying and scheduling in a date. He gave good advice to suit our needs and worked fast and efficient. He has always been professional at my home. Alin got all the work done within one day which I was delighted with. We are very happy and confident in him so we have hired him back to do many other jobs in our home.

Taras came to my home, looked and measured the door. We agreed a price and he went on to purchase the door, he checked with me if i was happy with the door he had found. He did not ask for money up front, but bought the door himself as per our agreement. Taras did a fantastic job fitting the door plus other accessories. He did this in a very professional, confident and skilled way. He is friendly, softly spoken, very respectful and sincere. He did not waste time when completing the task at hand. Iam very happy with the work he did and ended up asking him to do 3 other small jobs in the house to do with doors. He is very skilled at what he does. Iam happy to recommend him to my friends and family. Good job well done

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Genuinely one of the worst builders we have come across. David rewired the flat and Stefan plastered the hallway. David is NOT qualified as an electrician and cut corners wherever he could. David leveraged us for money mid job and in the end left the job without finishing and without providing a certificate. David ran cables behind door frames (awful idea), got the cheapest material, forgot where holes were for spotlights and switches among many issues which meant we had to constantly ask our builders to fill the holes and make good. Stefan did the hallway plastering without putting on mesh. The plaster cracked within 2 weeks and the paint keeps cracking and will be a constant problem. When asked to come back and fix the issue - he point blank refused. They were the cheapest quote but we really hope we had gone to someone else
