Mark carried out, managed and coordinated a large house remodelling project, involving all aspects of the building work, such as the groundworks, extensions, and landscaping. The workmanship is of an incredibly high-standard by following the best practices, whilst always working as part of a team. Very professional and completely reliable because they focus on one job/ project at a time, so trust and confidence in the team is undoubted. All this whilst being incredibly fair on price, therefore, GSC offer outstanding value. I couldn't recommend Mark and the team highly enough and we'll be working on many more projects to come for many more years.

Excellent job, thank you. Roy gave his expert opinion and offered various options for my guttering job. He also did some additional related work which was a great help. My extension, a fairly tricky project using steel girders, was completed over three years ago and I am totally satisfied with all Neil's work. Neil is a very competent builder and project manager. He is hard working, conscious of budget and takes a pride in his work. He has insight and freely offers advice: I took up several suggestions for improvement which I hadn't thought of and am really grateful for (including extra, high level windows for additional light and to incorporate trickle vents). Neil responds promptly to any message/phone call and sorts urgent problems, such as leaks, straight away. The only down side is projects tend to get delayed because Neil is always - and understandably - very busy! As a pensioner, having had many negative experiences of tradespeople over the years, since meeting Neil I never want to employ any other builder.

We chose DMC Building to remove a conservatory, and to lower a large section of our rear garden. Both the lower garden area, and the upper garden were then paved and supporting walls were built. In place of our conservatory a new garden room with by-folding doors was built, and internally and externally finished to a high standard. Duncan arranged a full team of trades people, and he ensured that everyone completed their work on-time and to a high standard. Duncan and his team, we found were very reliable, and the work was completed on-time and on budget. We have no hesitation in recommending Duncan and his team their workmanship and customer service were excellent, and we would certainly use them again.
