Excellent job, got stuck in early and finished late afternoon. My walls were very uneven and dodgy in a few places due to dampness now they are flat and as smooth as a baby's bum. Would confidently recommend him for any job.

Well I had a man already to change basin bathroom taps I bought them.yesterday from.wickes myself after the guy said he might forget to buy them himself anyway I had tye guy in my home I had to phone Rob up to ask how to isolate the water anyway I arranged for him to visit me the guy I had in fitted them Rob turns up I then send him away with £100 and I use Rob in future if any jobs are needed through here but I didn't argue with Rob I showed him I paid him £100 before he left many thanks

Ioan done an amazing job on our bathroom refurb changing our bath room into a shower suite. He was able to problem solve and resolve some issues that came up with the original piping, repositioning pipes to provide a quality finish with absolutely no fuss. Turned up early and absolutely grafted until the job was done. We could most certainly sense the passion for his craft, not a corner cut to rush the job, he wanted to get it right, without a doubt. Provided an accurate quote, so no surprises come payment time. Extremely polite and an absolute Top trader. Would not hesitate to rehire!!!

my experience of working with these guys was very positive. i eventually got a new kitchen fitted by them rather than an extension as the extension was above my budget. Their pricing was competitive, although not the cheapest. i made a conscious decision to offer the project to sall construction because they were experienced, and they were detail orientated with my plan as well as the fact that their timeline matched my project timing. the kitchen fitting was done, in fact, slightly ahead of the two weeks that sunny had said it would take-which was very useful. we also went on a holiday and left the whole place to them, and everything worked out for us, so clearly very trustworthy. sunny and his brother were excellent tradesmen and came back twice later on once we notified them of some small issues. its now been 1 year since the installation of the kitchen, and fingers crossed, everything looks and works great. everyone is impressed with our kitchen which is also indicative of their very good work. I will happily hire them again if i have to do some work on extension or refurbishing.
