Jim's perfectionism and care for detail meant that he did an exceptional job with flawless finishes whether that was studing walls, tiling, hanging doors, inserting understair panels and doors, fitting our kitchen and bathroom furniture etc etc. Jim's work is outstanding. Fantastic! Anna made contact the same day we asked for a quote, and soon turned up to assess the job. We hired her and she soon fitted us in and set to work, bringing her trusty sidekick Phil. The job was carried out with great skill, professionalism and attention to detail. She was kind enough to protect carpets and flooring, and communicated at each point throughout to ensure informed decisions were made. The completed works are perfect, and she has even provided a 12 month peace of mind warranty on the work, though I am sure we will not be having any issues. Her quote and then final billing was fair and reasonable, and again presented and dealt with in a professional manner. I really cannot praise Diva Plumbing highly enough, and you will be hard pressed to find better. We certainly will not be calling anyone else for any future plumbing matters now - sorry Anna, you are stuck with us! I would rate her professionalism, communication, competence, tidiness, time keeping, and attention to detail as 10/10. She is a thoroughly pleasant and kind person and a joy to have met.

Had a few delays due to outside influences (one of which was us catching covid) but all good in the end and kitchen and utility floor looks amazing. Hall to be completed at a later date due to our decision to have a wall removed and Dave was happy to accommodate us. UPDATE Stopped all communication with us after payment of most of money and never came back to finish job so hung us out to dry, had to get someone proper to finish job off at extra cost BE VERY CAREFUL EMPLOYING THIS MAN

Really unhappy with my experience. Organised for Lee to come and give me a quote, he had to cancel the first time so organised another date. Waited a couple of hours and never turned up. Messaged and rang several times no answer and still he’s never got back to me. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

After wasting my time with a number of roofers who didn't seem interested, I posted my leaking roof on my builder. I had a good number of responses, NL Roofing have good reviews, and Nathan turned up to see the job exactly when he said he would. Unfortunately my 1953 roof was beyond repair, so I've had a whole new roof. The work carried out is of a high quality, with good materials and excellent craftsmanship. I'm very impressed with the rate of progress, the team worked very hard. And did a good job of clearing up all the mess at the end. However 3 weeks later the scaffolding was still up, I managed to track down the the owner of the scaffolding via "scaff police" on Facebook and gave R&L Scaffolding Ltd a call, they said they didn't know the scaffolding was finished with and came to collect the next working day... Its odd and frustrating to have been stuck with the scaffolding for so many extra weeks and as far as I can tell no reason.. that's why I've reduced my review to 4 stars.

Rubbertech did a fantastic job on my EPDM roofing. We agreed a day to meet, and Baz arrived with his son exactly as planned. They took measurements, explained everything clearly, and gave me a quote before leaving. We agreed to start the very next day, and the work was completed smoothly, on time, and to a perfect finish. I honestly can’t praise Baz and his son enough — and the lifetime warranty gives real peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Groundwork & Foundations- 11 May 2025
Do not touch Danny with a barge pole, hired him to do a labour only job of digging foundations for an extension and concrete base. Unreliable as he rarely turned up when he said he would, apart from working two days he would turn up work for 2-3 hours max and then make up an excuse so he could leave. He poured foundations for the extension and in all honesty calling him a cowboy is an understatement, footings aren’t level or flat and there is a massive dip which would only be of use to Tony Hawk. He has ghosted me for weeks not replying to messages or calls. Heard every excuse with him, he came back to look at his cowboy job and said he would fix it. Multiple times he’s arranged to come and then just not turned up, he doesn’t even give an excuse anymore. Takes no pride in what he does. Oh and this is all knowing that I have just gone into remission from having cancer. Will be going to small claims court. I repeat do not give this chancer the time of day.
