I bought a house that needed totally decorating from top to bottom. The previous owners were heavy smokers, and the plaster had been scratched, as well as wood work damaged. By the time Gav had finished you would never have known what a state the property used to be in. And he did it in record time! Overall a very reliable, professional and knowledgeable person to do business with. I have no qualms recommending him to anyone and I will use him again.

Qualified plasterer and able to give honest and fair priceless with regards to each quote. Clean and professional finish. I would rather give a price and it takes slightly longer to complete knowing that when I walk away it is completed as I would like in my property. Every situation is different but for longevity I will also advise on a 2 coat system to ensure the plaster remains in good condition for a long time.

I would highly recommend Jason Neil. After numerous let downs, false promises and poor workmanship by various builders over the last couple of years I cannot believe how lucky I was to have found Jason to do extensive building work for me. He is extremely reliable, never once letting me down, he constantly kept me informed of where he was up to, what he'd be doing next and what preparation was required. He always turned up exactly when he said he would, takes a lot of pride in his work and regularly checked with me throughout the project that I was happy with the work he was doing. Jason discussed with me regularly what I wanted and what could be achieved taking into account building regs, working around any problems that ensued. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. Jason worked consistently to a very high professional standard and was completely focused on getting the job done, I cannot fault any of his work. Jason is a no nonsense,very amiable man without being intrusive, he cleaned up after himself every day and importantly respected my home and my neighbours environment. In my experience he is a rare diamond in the building trade and if anyone wanted to come and see the building work he has done here I would be only to happy to show them. Thank you Jason, you've restored my faith :)

Rich was so professional from start to finish. An initial phone call helped clarify exactly what we wanted and also clearly set the expectations on costs. He did some research to help us source some specific items (bathroom locks) and gave us great advice throughout, which was very welcome. He’s done a first-class job and been a pleasure to work with throughout, including a comprehensive clean up after the work was done - so much so that we’re already planning our next project for him!

Currently coming to the end of our work that Paul and Javier have been working on the past week. This involved a complete rebuild and redesign of an existing rotted decking. Paul and Javier have exceeded expectations and have gone above and beyond the expended level of service. The communication provided by Paul via the process has far exceeded any previous tradesman that I have used in the past. We are made up with our new house decking, new office steps, and garden gate.
