The job was a full renovation and reconfiguration of an old cottage. The project took around 5 months to complete and included the addition of underfloor heating, the removal and restoration of ceilings, building into the eaves of the roof of the property, the addition of bifold aluminium doors and windows turning a dark property into a bright, open plan living space. A garden room was also built. Ryan and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were always on site when they said they would be and I would definitely work with them when undertaking a new project. We were very happy with the workmanship and the outcome of the renovation. I highly recommend Ryan and his team.

Ylber is professional, reasonable and detail oriented. He is always punctual and perfoms his craftsmanship to a very high standard. He made sure that the area was clean, communicated at every step, and was very attentive to my needs and wants. He looks like he enjoys his work. The end result is the evidence of his expertise. He created a whole TV unit with adequate storage. This is the main feature of my living room and focus of every guest that visits me. He also did my kitchen to a high standard. Came to install three radiators. On the first one, he did not read the specific instructions for installing the horizontal radiator. As a result of this, the radiator can't heat properly (now only half of the radiator heats up). The instructions were included in the box. He promised to come back to fix it and never showed up. On the other two radiators. On the second one, he damaged brand-new laminate flooring during installation, and on the third radiator, he burned out the scotia beading, which cost us money to replace. Didn't put anything to protect the floor, and he knew that everything was brand new after renovation.

The floor wanted to be levelled prior to laying the tiles. Instead of applying more levelling compound they tiled on what they had done. The floor has less of a slope but are below the level of the kick board levels and the floor is not level front to back and side to side.
