I hate giving bad reviews. However we had a very poor experience. We paid a deposit upfront for plastering work, with the clear expectation of smooth walls, no cracks, and a properly finished surface ready for painting. At the initial visit, he then advised that this could not be achieved as planned and said it was instead a decorating job. The work was originally expected to take only a few days. However, over several months there were repeated cancellations, delays, and last-minute rescheduling. On multiple occasions we were given confirmed dates and times, only for the job to be postponed again — often on the same day, with different reasons provided each time. Despite repeated assurances, the work remains incomplete, causing significant disruption to our plans. Communication became unreliable, and we had to repeatedly chase for updates. In the end, we were left with unfinished work after paying over £500. Strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Val did a great job converting our second hand kitchen worktop to fit a new configuration. Price was agreed on in advance and suitable. Only works weekends (as of now) but quick communication and fitted us in lead to no delay on posting and completing the job. We have a second job that we will be hiring Val for again.

Don’t use this man. It will cost you big time in your mental health and marriage. Saad is correct! 45k I spent doing my house up swear at you when it’s not going his way. Work not finished. Floor is missing trim. Plug blows every time I use it. Goes missing or don’t turn up! Always got family issues. No receipts never get all my invoices. Miss silicon around bathrooms plugs were not fitted properly leak under sink and today he never showed up to fix my stuff told me to f.. k off. You would be silly to trust this bloke with any job in your house. Comes across as your mate then treats you like a mate so you thing your being horrible and unfair? Well SAF see you in court mate been in this house 3 months. And he still not been in contact to fix the issue I will not be taking down post. You are not trustworthy nor helpful be warned you will so regret using this man. 8 months and got charged for a sink that clearly belonged to someone else see pictures your a joke saf !!! And a crook

Really pleased with Chris in many ways and can certainly recommend to "Others". Arrived on time for both the survey and task in hand. We ourselves also did a little research to see what would be a completive price for replacing a fuse box and the option of units available....., appreciate every house is different with different size units to suit all and the price reflecting this . . Chris explained during the survey what the scope of works would look like including checks and electrical testing before commencing with the installation as well as those afterwards. On completion a certificate would be issued. After also replacing several light sockets and switches Chris was with us around 6 hours to which he didn't stop . Cleaned up any mess afterwards leaving us very happy with a job well done. Wallace's from Biggleswade .

We needed to replace our lead water main, and dig up part of our drive in order to increase water pressure in our home. Matt and his team did a terrific job, from start to finish. They managed to mole most of the pipe work and cause us very little disruption in the process. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team more. Very professional operation. Thanks so much.
