I would certainly recommend G.P Kinsey Building Services. They repaired my greenhouse using skilled carpentry techniques. I now have no leaks. They completed the installation of aco drains around the greenhouse. Always punctual and helpful. Always kept me informed about progress and costs.

Bryan built an amazing cupboard under my stairs, just how I wanted it, a tall cupboard, a dog house for my very nervous dog to go when she’s stressed and two smaller cupboards, his work was excellent. At my initial discussion with Daniel it became clear that he was prepared to take on additional tasks so I requested that he built a stud wall and relocated a couple of doorways. At my request he carried out this task first, he is a good tradesman and he completed this task including the plastering of the new stud walls to an excellent standard. He also fitted new skirting board and architrave in the rooms where the doors had been relocated again to an excellent standard. Towards the end of his third day on site he commenced fitting the plasterboard sheets to the kitchen ceiling. At the commencement of his fourth day Daniel informed me that unfortunately he would have to leave site due to a medical emergency involving a member of his family. As a result of this he is not in a position to continue with my job, as I have other trades booked to follow on I regretfully have no choice but to engage another plasterer to complete the ceiling in order to keep my project moving forward. So to summarize I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel, he is a good tradesman with multiple skills and produces good work at competitive rates. I would definitely employ him again. The fact that he was unable to continue is not an issue here, just be assured that he is a good tradesman.

Nick was polite, professional and always prompt. He worked very hard throughout the time he was here to paint our garden fence, and did an excellent job. It seems to be very hard these days to find good and reliable tradesmen, so very happy that we found Nick. I would highly recommend him.

Driveways (Paved & Loose)- 2 Nov 2020
Having commissioned Mark to carry out the following groundworks- concrete footings stone driveway (60 tons) radius edged concrete pad to stable area removal of old and replacement of gravel to front of house.(40 tons.)
