Oscar called on the Sunday and arranged to come and look at the.job only a couple of hours after getting in touch. This was because we were let down a couple of hours earlier with work due to start Monday. Oscar sent the quote through and could start on Tuesday. Oscar turned up as promised and the job started. We could not fault the work done and Oscar and his friend were friendly hard working and reliable. The job was completed and we were very happy with the standard of work. Oscar cleaned up and even took all the rubbish away. If you need a plasterer then look no further. We will definitely use Oscar again and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a good plasterer.

Marius was fantastic from start to finish. He was on time every day, worked late tidying up after himself and taking away all the rubbish. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he suggested relaying and insulating the floor so he could tile it. Marius was meticulous in all that he did and the finish was excellent. He went far above what was expected from him. I cannot praise him highly enough and I will be using him again in the future. Marius - thanks for all you hard work.

Nick has been a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was quick to get in touch and arrange a meeting, and from the outset, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in guiding us through the entire process of planning our extension and renovation. His drawings were fantastic, and he made applying for planning permission completely stress-free. Even when we changed our minds or adjusted the scope, Nick couldn’t have been more accommodating. He also brought great ideas to the table and was always available for advice, even outside working hours. Nick handled everything from design and planning applications to building regs and the builder tender process. Agreed fee of £80. He attended, assessed the issue and identified a fault with the wiring rather than the camera. He said he would return to complete the repair and requested the full £80 upfront. No call-out fee had been mentioned beforehand. He then changed the proposed return date 5 times — 5/08, 10/08, 11/08, 12/08 and 13/08. Each time I accommodated the change. On 13/08 he suggested he might have to return some of the money as he was struggling to make time. I instead offered the weekend and we agreed 16/08. I waited in, but he did not attend and did not respond to my calls, messages or voicemail. I requested a full refund. He confirmed in writing that the £80 would be refunded by Friday 21/08, but it was not. Only after I sent a formal letter requesting payment, did he process the refund. Very disappointed with the communication and reliability throughout. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this tradesperson to other customers.
