I got KDM in to install a 75sqm concrete base and was very impressed with them for a number of reasons. - Firstly, their work was excellent. The finish of the base was excellent and they put a lot of effort in to get things perfect. - They were reliable. They showed up when they said they would both for estimates and to actually do the work. Sadly I cannot understate how rare this is today when working with contractors. Communication was excellent. - They're very honest. They gave me a quote based on my requirements which was a little high but manageable. At the end they came in under budget and gave me back the difference. All in all I would be very happy to both have KDM back for more work or to recommend them to anyone else.

Thomas sent me a clear break down of work needing done at a very reasonable price. He started the work as agreed, worked through 8 hours and completed a superb job. He is extremely knowledgeable, took great care to complete the wall as it no doubt was in its original 1900 condition - added a few extra stones not part of the original estimate. I cannot recommend ‘Tam’ more than my total satisfaction of the work I’ve outlined. He was meticulous in clearing and tidying when work completed. Tan also does many household jobs and I will certainly use him in future and pass on his details to friends and family - some already asking for these! Fiona DURKIN

Christopher was the first tradesperson to reply & then come down to view the work I needed done. He took a genuine interest in my project & offered alternative suggestions as to what could be done. He was polite, knowledgeable,arrived at the correct time & offered a fair price. Subsequently I gave him the job & on the day of the work. Came on time,did everything I asked ,completed the work to a high standard & left everything behind him neat & today. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again & intend to do so again in the coming weeks. The rare tradesperson who you can trust to get the job done ,right first time.

Sebastian and Piotr have been brilliant. Not only have they created a beautiful fence for us to our own choosing and satisfaction but their can do attitude and hard work ethic is amazing. They additionally laid some new stone steps for us on our concrete staircase and it looks brilliant. A pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend them. Their costs are very competitive too and they are very good at communicating when they will be onsite. Thanks again guys!
