I arranged for 6 different builders to come and quote (some from My Builder, some through recommendations from friends) and Lukas provided not only a competitive and reasonable quote, but I got a good vibe even from the outset purely based on the questions he asked regarding the job. Once the quote was accepted, Lukas and his brother Geidrius set to work immediately. Words cannot express how fantastic their service was. I have used many builders for various projects and this company is by far the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The job I requested was to entirely strip and renovate my kitchen and bathroom, back down to the brickwork and back again. They completed the works within 6 weeks (would have been quicker had I ordered the kitchen earlier), on time, on budget, and the finish was absolutely perfect. In fact, I didn't have a snag list and 7 weeks on, the bathroom and kitchen are still the show stoppers they were when they first set down tools. They were clean, efficient, provided alternative, clever solutions when needed, and my flat now looks like a show flat. Everyone marvels at the kitchen and bathroom and whilst that has something to do with the materials chosen, no amount of expense can cover up poor workmanship. Like I said - no snags! If you use this company you will not regret your choice. They are accommodating, courteous, and display superior workmanship. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Lukas and his brother.

To get straight to the point...OUTSTANDING Service! Immediately from the onset and til completion, Ishan and his company Nismo Engineering did everything in their ability to ensure that the process was simple, comfortable and straightforward. He was very quick to come over to view the job and was just as efficient when it came to organising and completing the job. What really impressed me the most about Ishan was that he never not once compromised the standard of his service even when faced with unexpected difficulties. He always found a way to ensure that the job was completed with full competence and even went out of his way to explain the technical circumstances involved so that I always felt aware and comfortable of the work being carried out. He always offered alternative options and even provided his personal discount when it came to helping me source/buy the parts. Ishan was very prompt and professional. He successfully completed the installation and also provided the electrical certificates. I would highly recommend Nismo Engineering everytime! 10/10 Service! Thanks again Ishan!

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

I would definitely recommend Juris - professional, knowledgable, reliable and friendly. He did a great job and managed to get rid of the irritating tapping noise in our heating pipes. It was a bit complicated but he managed to find and fix the problem. He also fixed the leak in our boiler which was unrelated, and got one of our rusty radiators working again. All in all, a very sucessful Saturday morning. Thanks Juris.

Tani did a great (and swift) job on a bedroom renovation project. It included taking down an old wall and some built in wardrobes and putting up a new wall with an enclosed sliding door. Was really impressed by their speed and professionalism, especially when coming up with ways to achieve the effect I wanted even with constraints around room size. Super efficient and I’m very happy with the finished product! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tani and his team to others.

I am extremely pleased with Anthony and his team, they supplied and installed 3 secondary windows 6.4mm stadip sound glass within 2,5week . Antony was fast, effective , professional. So was his team who installed fast and well the windows. The windows look elegant and dont obtrude . You actually have to "look for them" to see that there are secondary glazing. The sound of the streets seems to have been covered by cotton...i can at last enjoy the sound of my clock! I cannot recommend Antony Etheridge highly enough

Alicia did exactly what we wanted - she produced all the planning documents for erection of a canopy roof over the side access (council is very picky in our particular area) and drove the process end to end, right up until the point when we had council's approval for works. She was pleasant to communicate with, very knowledgeable and otherwise all around helpful.
