Mansour is a really nice guy, straight forward, honest and a pleasure to deal with. He refurbished the front of our victorian terraced house as well as bringing back to life our sash windows and window sills at the back of the property. Andras recently completed a full bathroom refresh for our flat in Bromley, including demolition, tiling, plumbing, flooring, electrical fixes and installation work. Throughout the project he was reliable, hardworking and solution-oriented, especially when unexpected issues were uncovered during the renovation, including damaged joists, floor levelling and electrical work. He handled these professionally and kept the project moving forward. Communication was good throughout, and he was always willing to come back for adjustments and final touch-ups when needed. The final result feels modern, clean and much improved from the original bathroom. Overall, we were happy with the result and appreciated the effort and care put into the project.

Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

Did a small bathroom vinyl lay. I wasn't there but the tenant said everything was OK. They were the best priced quote I had. There's some real chancers out there but Kelly and Andre were realistic.

Don and Jake were terrific. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided work to a very high standard. They were extremely competent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have done many building projects and they were the first builders that I didn't fall out with!
