Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The installer initially supplied a box of Amtico he already had, but it later became clear it was not an exact match to my existing floor, leaving a noticeable difference once laid. There were also repeated issues with measuring and estimating materials. The original estimate was insufficient, causing delays while more flooring was ordered. The follow-up estimate was then excessive, leaving me with an unopened box I did not need. As it was a special order, returning it would have incurred a 35% restocking fee. The finish was also below expectations. There is a visible uneven area beneath the Amtico, and several plank edges were left raised, creating sharp edges underfoot. Although attempts were made to address this after I raised it, the issues were only partially resolved. Communication was good throughout, but the measuring and finish did not meet the standard I expected from a premium product.

I contacted Danny based on the positive reviews on here and I'm very pleased I did. Danny and his colleague Tony have done a brilliant job on my kitchen renovation. They stripped and gutted the old kitchen, plastered throughout, put in new sockets/ lights and plumbing, fitted the new kitchen and new floor they was a few issues with the kitchen cupboards as a few of them wouldn’t fit which they sorted out for me. They turned up when they said and always cleaned up and left everything tidy every night. He kept in touch constantly to ensure I was happy with the progress. Both Danny and Tony take pride in their work and have done everything to a very high standard I highly recommend them.

Are did our flooring last Friday. I would definitely recommend , compared to the laminate we had previously his is definitely professional. He is tidy and was punctual to the appointment and everything was just professionally done. We absolutely love our floors and will be booking with him again
