I am a 50 year old professional. Served in the Royal Engineers. I live in a little village called woodland beside Barnard Castle. I do not mind travelling for work as I have often travelled up to 100 miles there and back to do an intallation. Any body reading this has to be aware that there is a masive difference between a plumber and a bathroom installer this is why I only concentrate on bathrooms plus I am there from start to finish as I do all tiling etc so I am not waiting around for another trade

Brian gave the best quote by far. I'm always dubious about accepting the cheapest quote just because its not always the best option, my worries were soon put to rest. Not only did Brian complete the work quickly, and to a standard that surpassed any work I have had done previously, but he also completed the work cheaper than the quote, including some extra work that he had not quoted for. Brian kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of making my windows and installing them. The dates and times he gave for completion were stuck to without fault. I can not recommend Brain Bowes enough, he made what was expected to be a very expensive stressful time, affordable and stress free.

We spent a long time trying to find a reliable and quality tiling company after finally being introduced to this website. We read the reviews with interest and selected 2 tiling companies that we felt were best placed to carry out our complex install to provide us with a quotation. Although SHT had one negative comment out of a plethora of excellent reviews; we were right to dismiss it and were impressed with SHT's professional and knowledgeable approach at our first meeting. SHT are competitive and were hired because of trust and confidence that the team would get the job done to our high and exacting standards – we made the right choice! We were absolutely delighted with the local team that carried out the work, their approach, diligence, attention to detail and hard work has delivered a stunning backdrop for our new bathroom and we can't wait to install the sanitary ware to see it in all its full glory. We will be tiling throughout the ground floor once the building work has been finished and hope that Shane and his team won't be too busy to carry out the work for us. We have already been recommending SHT to our relatives, friends and contacts; great tradespeople are rare these days so we want our connections to have the same positive experience as us! Due to having a pacemaker fitted I couldn't continue to look after my garden. James did a great job of clearing weeds and plants and shrubs added weed killer then a proper membrane finishing it off with golden gravel. James did extra work by doing the front small raised garden. Always polite and willing to help.

Absolutely satisfied with my choice. The lads were punctual in both surveying the job in hand & doing the work. They even put up my new house number plate for me. Very friendly & approachable. Would definitely employ them again & recommend them. THANKS GUYS
