I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Wester done a great job, arrived on time, done what I asked him to do and competed the job on time and charged the quoted price.It was quite a messy job and he hoovered up behind him so there was no mess left at all. I would definitely use him again and would happily recommend Wester to complete work for you.

This man came today with his colleague and he started to bring his paint and equipment in. I went upstairs for a meeting and started to hear noises downstairs- I came down to find he had left with the door wide open. Absolutely unreliable and inefficient tradesmen. Do not recommend at all. Nice guy but clearly not committed in the job. Waste of my time and leaving my main door open was dangerous. He didn’t even have the decency to tell me. Now he has switched his phone off!!!!

Riley did a great job of installing ornate duropolymer coving very neatly. He also sourced the product for me at a good price. He turned up when he said he would, carried out the job and left the house neat and tidy when he finished. He also provided good advice. He has taken care to obtain training for specific kinds of plastering work, so I could trust him to do a good job. He was also very polite and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
