We had an urgent project to renovate within a tight timeframe to be ready for mum’s discharge from hospital. Work done included widening doorways, breaking down load bearing wall, and fitting of new bathroom. Carl understood the importance of the work and of our requirements. From day one he made it very easy for us to entrust him with the work and made a situation that would have been very stressful less so. Communication was always great with Carl, he would always keep us well informed on the progress and what they were doing on a regular basis. This meant we could leave him to do it while we could focus on other things. Carl would help source out materials and went out of his way to go and pick up these materials so that there wasn’t delay in getting the materials delivered in time for completion. He really did go above and beyond. The deadline was brought forward to be completed sooner than anticipated, Carl was very understanding and flexible and made sure he and team put in the required hours even working at weekends to ensure the work was completed in the required timescale. We are very happy with the work and Carl is always available should there be any issues that arise after completion. Our family are grateful for all the hard work Carl and his team has put in to make this all possible. Highly recommend his services should you require someone you can trust, who is personable and follow through on his word.

Ricky and Michael were a pleasure to have around. They were very professional with their work and always very polite and punctual. They did a great job, over and above the work expected from them. Always cleaning up after themselves and leaving a perfect finish. I trusted them with my keys and my flat while I was at work everyday, they were really great at giving me one less thing to think about. To say Nick is just a kitchen fitter isn’t doing his work justice, he’s a fantastic project manager and craftsmen as well. When we first met Nick he took 2 hours of his time running through all the options which was when we realised we were actually quite clueless! Although we hadn’t hired him at this point his advice was invaluable. We assumed this would mean Nick’s professionalism would mean he would be very expensive, this was not the case and he was actually a little cheaper than the other parties who quoted. Once Nick started it became apparent that he and his assistant Chow to great pride in their work and worked hard to get the job finished as quickly as possible to the highest standard. They left the site spotless at the end of each day. The result is a fantastic kitchen and flooring which we are extremely happy with. We are already thinking about the next renovation piece in our home and would love to use Nick again. Thanks Nick! Niall & Hannah

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Enclosure Architects do some beautiful, inspiring work, and Mark is a very nice guy.

Excellent work, methodical and highly recommended. We have recently had all of our ceiling replaced and the light fittings needed to be reinstated or also replaced. Tony is very professional, we spoke beforehand so he knew exactly what was involved and what he needed. He is reliable, turns up on time, advises on the job and his work is very thorough. He does not do 'botch jobs', and that aligns very well with us. When we are settled, we will have some more work and we will not hesitate to reach out to him again.

After communicating with several gardeners, on mybuilder.com, I decided to go with Robin (Forest Hill Garden Maintenance) to cut and trim the lawn in my front and back garden. Robin saved time by viewing the photos I had sent to him. From there he sent me a quote promptly. After Robin had finished the work (to a high standard) we discussed a separate job. Getting rid of the weeds and moss in the garden. And preparing the ground to lay new grass seeds. As it had become very patchy. Especially, in the front garden. I was sent a quote later in the day and I was happy with it. Therefore, I will be using Forest Hill Garden Maintenance’s services again. To cut and trim the lawn again, before summer is over. Then to prepare the ground for laying new grass seeds, which cannot be done until autumn. I have no qualms in recommending Robin and therefore his business; Forest Hill Garden Maintenance.

Hi, Need a small job doing? building or fixing something? cant find a reliable friendly handyman who doesn't charge an arm and a leg? Well I'm your man. I can do most things around the house that needs fixing before engaging an expensive builder. Its the little jobs I do, too big to do yourself, and too small for a builder to bother with, that's my sweet spot.
