  What a great lad, came over in the evening to do a site visit and came back promptly with a very competitive quote. I had to delay start briefly as I had no labour to help me remove old roof. Liam stepped into the breach and helped me with this. The following week he was there on time and ready to go not phased by slight delay because of weather & unseen snags with levels, sorted by my bricklayer another My Builder member. Liam will work well and safely on his own with a full kit of his own professional tools and his output is tremendous. On the first morning of deck job I had to go out for a while,I returned and was amazed at what he had achieved on his own, we are talking 5mtr 9" x 2" beams lifted up onto a structure and fixed. At all times he worked in a seamless professional manner, with a positive plan for the job, discussing any unforseen snags with an appropriate solution before overcoming them. Liam was always polite and courteous carrying out a marvellous job in record time for me. I have other jobs that I would not hesitate to employ Liam on as soon as he is free I can be fussy with my jobs, my background was Maintenance Manager at a London Uni and I have exacting standards. Liam met all my criteria. Don't be put off by his youthful looks, this is one good tradesman with old school skills and ethos. My long term friend who did the final roof cover, a specialist Flat Roof Contractor for 40 years+ commented on what a good roof he had built.

  What an amazing Tradesman, Old School skills and Ethos. Nothing was too much trouble with Martin, came when he said, worked competently displaying high skill levels from someone who clearly enjoys what he is doing. Came back to finish more courses that were unexpectedly needed after the old roof was removed. Even left the scaffolding for my Carpenter to use when boarding the roof out. I will definitely use Martin again on some more work planned. Don't miss out on this guy he's a super conscientious Tradesman whose precision brickwork is constantly being praised and admired by other tradesmen who have worked for me. Apologies to you Martin for the delay in sending feedback, Senior moment thought I'd posted it :-(

  Adam came around to give a quote seemed very professional and attentive. We paid a deposit to hold a date but was pushed back as was waiting for monies from a solicitor. They started the project in July 22 stating it would take 3 Months give or take for a wrap around extension, dormas, and a drive way however come December 22 still no where completed only wrap around extension started not evens dormas or driveway done. When asking what is going on just kept coming up with excuses and They kept asking for more money in the end got another builder to finish the project off none of their work was done properly as had other tradesman in to quote to finish it off and not one of them had a good word to say. All shoddy and they have got such a bad reputation around the local area with other tradesman. Just people beware of this company as they are rip off merchants and all they are interested in is getting your money then coming up with excuses why they want more. Their slogan is “not much we can’t do” well let me tell you something is should be “there is not a lot we can do” they have caused us nothing but heartache. I wholeheartedly regret using them. Just people beware

  I'm so happy with shelving that ozzy and his colleague made. Ozzy took the time to understand want I wanted (floating alcove shelving) provided a clear and comprehensive quote, and kept me updated on completion of the shelving in his workshop. On day of installation, the guys were lovely and friendly, they went the extra mile in dealing with floors and walls that aren't at all straight, and the finished result blew me away, it's transformed the space completely. Such a pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend and i would definitely use them again in the future.

  George tried to cut some corners when fitting in my new bathroom and the finishing wasn’t great. Him and his brothers worked on other projects around my house such as the painting and they did a terrible job so now I have to get the house painted again. They took so long to paint the house too and then rushed towards the end so they could take on another job.

  Excellent work completed by this team. Dem is very professional, clear and sticks to time. Really please with the complex/detailed plaster job he did as well as the painting. Silicone render outside looks fabulous too. Will definitely be hiring again.
