Will brake this feedback down into 2 parts (Pergola fully covered roof ) started July 29th to date 13th September Part 1 / overall I was happy with the work carried out by Tom and his team so paid in full Upon a few rainey days and a closer inspection I noticed rain was leaking through guttering / roof that was fitted from here the problems began. Part 2 * I booked Thursday Friday off work for Tom to start work he agreed but did not turn up due to a supplier issue on both days no show *We then agreed Monday and Tom did not turn up again due to crono virus * 3 weeks later after chasing daily he agreed a date to come back out and put wright what was wrong with the roof and he was a no show again *finally came out to fix the roof but brought wrong materials so roof is still not fixed called Tom again to arrange another date which he agreed and didn't show up yet again claiming to be in hospital... Overall I have had the worst experience & every excuse under the sun and would never hire Tom/ phoenix joinery again this is a shame as for the best part the work carried out is to a professional level but there is nothing professional about the way I have been treated strung along and still without a completed roof leaving me to finish a job I hired them to do myself. AVOID at all cost his partner Carlos vehicle registration (ly55 err) AVOID!

Very helpfull he gave me a full brakedown of all costs and then stayed with them. Turned up on time, asked only for payment for goods the rest when I was happy with the job. Very neat and tidy and put all my statures back when he finished the job as it would have been difficult for me to do. Trusted him enough to give him a key to my garage so he could start when he wanted. I would reccomend Scott to anyone in the village as well as friends and family.

Can’t fault Robbie’s work and totally satisfied with what he’s done. Also made a piece of wood to fit between my kitchen and orangery that I hadn’t mentioned and I can now wheel over it in my wheelchair without effort. I will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

The work was to fit a light to my shed at the bottom of the garden. Keith did the work really well, I was very pleased and would completely recommend him for any electrical work. His price was fair and he completed the work in less time than anticipated so even reduced the final charge - so I was extra pleased! Also - he arrived at 8.30am exactly as he said he would.

Would thoroughly recommend Paul! He did a fantastic job, bang on time and to budget, and he was a pleasure to have in the house. He installed insulated plasterboard under an upstairs bay window, replasterd and replaced skirtings and left the room spotless. A great tradesman.
